1.Deposit & Final payment
1) A non-refundable deposit, which is equal to 10% of the total tour cost, is required at the time a reservation is confirmed.
2) The full or final payment is required 30 days before departure for your China tour.
3) The tour booked within 30 days before departure, full payment is required
2.Methods of Payment
1) Fast and safe Credit card online payment via Pay Pal
Pay Pal is the preferred way to send secure payments online. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards to checkout your payment easy and fast.
2) Wire transfer Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer to the Bank of China, Beijing, into the US$ bank account of the China International Travel Service Head Office.

| If we have to cancel the confirmed tour for some personal reason, can we get a refund? |
|

| We understand that you have to cancel your trip to China for some reason. If you wish to cancel your booking with us, we need to receive your request in writing, and all vouchers or tickets returned to us. However, not all bookings can be cancelled and cancellation fee will be added. Please refer to the Rules and Restrictions at the time of booking. |

The cancellation fee of China flight will be calculated as follows:
The cancellation policy varies by different Airline Company. Please read the "Rules & Restrictions "of different flights when you make the reservation. Airlines will charge a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your booking. Some discount tickets are completely non-refundable. |

The 100% cost of Yangtze River Cruise can’t be refunded if you cancel within 15 days before departure.
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment
If a traveler cancelled while a tour is in progress, unused services can't be refunded. If a traveler missed any programs because of early departure and late arrival, unused services can't be refunded. |

No changes or cancellation can be made 7 days before departure date; 100% cancellation fee will be made for no shows for all confirmed bookings |

| May I need to pay for alteration of my itinerary? |
|
| |
Alternations to your itinerary before confirmation are happily processed free of charge. Because we always intend to provide the best tour possible for you. If you want to change some details of your itinerary such as adding scenic spots, revising your daily schedule or changing to a new hotel after confirmation, we will do our best to help after we check the possibility and availability. Because accommodation is reserved several weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee your entire request can be satisfied. You are required to pay the additional cost if your new request is received.
We aim to provide you the service as booked, but sometimes we do have to make changes:
a. If events that is out of our control happen, such as war, fire, epidemics, health risks, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions ect, we will have to change your itinerary. You should pay the extra cost if there is any price difference.
b. If any extra fees caused by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels, you should pay the extra cost.
c. We reserves the right to modify the itinerary of the tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond its control make such alteration necessary. |

| Is there any requirement about my passport, and can you provide the invitation letter for me to apply the visa? |
|
| |
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport, which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. WE accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
If we want to travel around Tibet, do we need any other documents?
Yes, you have to get a Tibet permit first. Tibet has unique geography, climate, religion and traffic considerations, it has not been fully opened to foreign travelers. Travelers must a Tibet Entry Permit before having access to Tibet Areas.
Travelers must have Tibet Entry Permit before buying plane or train tickets. Our travel advisors will arrange an itinerary for you and assist you to get the Tibet Permit.
Notes
1.All kinds of people can get Tibet permit from our travel service except diplomats,journalists and government officials. These people should travel to Tibet under the arrangement by the Foreign Affairs Office of Tibet Government.
2. It is recommended that not mention traveling to Tibet when you apply for Tibet Permit. It’s easier for you to get Tibet Permit after you have China Visa. |

| How can I claim my complaints? |
|

If you have a complaint about the service we provided, please immediately notify the local guide and contact your travel advisor. We will notify the local supplier of the service to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.
If you are still not satisfied or you want to claim for compensation, you must sent the letter of claim by email, fax or regular mail within 15 days from the end of your tour to allow your complaint to be investigated properly. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. We will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour. |

| Is the tour including any insurance? |
|
| |
| All your tours cover Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance, regulated by the China National Tourism Administration. This insurance covers only accidents occurring during the activities arranged by a travel agency, it does not cover mishaps or physical problems occurring outside the guided tour period or caused by clients themselves. We recommend you purchase travel insurance beyond the coverage of the Agency policy in your home country before departure. |
